About this opportunity
The Role
We’re looking for an organised, detail-driven Administrator to keep our Melbourne office running smoothly. You’ll support our Client Services Team with everything from office and project admin to invoicing and finance coordination.
What You’ll Do
• Handle day-to-day office admin, including calls, managing supplies and maintaining the office
• Keep project data up to date and ensure invoices are sent on time
• Liaise with Finance to reconcile invoices and follow up on payments
• Provide HR admin support, and assist with Marketing team events and ad-hoc tasks
What You’ll Bring
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in client/sales administration with invoicing or project management systems a plus
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A proactive, team-first attitude
