Jeanne is passionate about strengthening socioeconomic inclusion and participation, particularly for communities often underrepresented in decision-making.
She brings a curious and considered approach to stakeholder engagement, always seeking to understand the lived context behind complex policy and planning challenges.
Before joining SGS, Jeanne worked across various sectors supporting state government clients. Her experience as a generalist has made her an adaptable all-rounder, driven by a desire to understand the 'why' behind every project. She is especially interested in the intersection of consultation and data, believing combining stories and statistics is key to identifying gaps between intention and outcome, and shaping more inclusive solutions.
At SGS, Jeanne explores these interests through a planning lens, focusing on how communities, economics and design interact to shape places.
Outside of work, Jeanne is often deep in a creative project, from whittling and zine-making to discovering and playing music. Lately, she’s been enjoying cycling as her go-to way of getting around Melbourne.
