Formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is based on the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities. It outlines our genuine commitment to reconciliation and the tangible steps we are taking toward increasing economic equity and supporting First Nations' self-determination. We are proud to be part of a network of more than 1,100 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations that have formally committed to meaningful reconciliation through the RAP program.
