Michelle is a policy professional and spatial data consultant committed to understanding how people and place work together to shape cities and regions.

Michelle applies mixed-method research that brings together social policy and data innovation to deliver solutions.

Before joining SGS, Michelle advised state governments' regional economic growth agenda and supported school infrastructure planning with demographic analysis. Her expertise and experience display her commitment to understanding how socioeconomic status can limit opportunities in Australian communities. At SGS, Michelle continues to learn and apply analysis and insights that help clients shape more equitable communities.

When she is not working, Michelle trains out on the water with her dragon boat club and wraps up the weekend by relaxing with a good film.
