Natalija is an economist who uses data and policy to help shape communities where people can thrive.

She is passionate about ensuring public investment and planning support everyday wellbeing, making it easier for people to connect, stay active, and feel a sense of belonging.

With a background in psychology, Natalija brings a strong interest in human behaviour and how small, evidence-based changes in design or policy can improve social and economic outcomes. She is especially interested in how broader trends, such as demographic shifts or economic transitions, affect people's lives at the community level. She believes clear, data-driven insights can support better decision-making.

Outside of work, you will find Natalija with a good book, at the cinema, or practising Pilates.
