Caseload dashboard developed for Court Services Victoria helps Victorian courts and VCAT to increase transparency and encourage greater engagement with their jurisdictions.
SGS was engaged by Court Services Victoria (CSV) to provide support in the development of a Caseload dashboard built in Tableau that is used as a central source of information for all Victorians, in particular for those working in the legal profession.
The caseload dashboard presents the latest available data across Victoria's court system. It includes data on the number of cases commenced during a timeframe, referred to as initiations, those that have been completed, known as finalised, and the number of pending cases progressing through to completion.
