Waterfront Auckland’s team sought to build their team’s expertise in cost benefit analysis to deliver projects successfully.

SGS delivered a cost benefit analysis (CBA) training session to equip Waterfront Auckland staff with knowledge of the concepts and principles of social CBA.

The training session equipped participants with the skills to confidently interpret and critique CBAs, as well as engage with and brief CBA specialists.

The training session was structured in 3 segments: principles and concepts, techniques for measuring costs and benefits, and case studies to demonstrate the theory into practice.
