Tracy is a Non-Executive Director of the SGS Board and an experienced governance professional with more than three decades of leadership across accounting, strategy, and organisational management.
Tracy began her career as a Chartered Accountant in Melbourne before moving to finance and management roles in the commercial radio industry. She went on to spend over a decade as an independent consultant providing financial, governance, and strategic advice to clients across sectors.
Today, Tracy continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair across a wide portfolio of organisations spanning government, for-purpose, and private sectors. She also facilitates governance programs for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, including the flagship Company Directors Course and Governance for Not-for-Profits course.
Originally from Burnie and now based in Hobart, Tracy is passionate about strengthening the economic, environmental, and social wellbeing of communities, particularly those outside Australia’s major cities. Her approach to governance blends technical expertise with collaboration, clarity, and a strong sense of shared purpose.
