With qualifications in urban planning and business administration, Yilong combines financial modelling techniques with land use planning to deliver robust insights on business cases, spatial policies and strategies.
Yilong has a solid track record working with public and private sector clients, both across Australia and internationally. His project experience is diverse and ranges from helping regional councils shape diverse and strong economies to informing government on the financial returns of investing in infrastructure in growth corridors.
Keen to share knowledge and spark constructive debate, Yilong writes for industry publications and delivers guest lectures to property and design students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
